The deceased identified as Shiva Chandra Khang, 40, of Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality-8 in Saptari district died at a hospital in Shah Alam, said one Kaushal Kumar Yadav of the rural municipality. Khang, who worked at a security guard job in the city, reached Malaysia for a job four years ago.
