According to party leader Dilu Pant, the meeting will hold policy-level discussions in view of upcoming elections as the party seeks to secure its successful presence through the polls. More, it will discuss other several issues including the contemporary political developments, party organisational expansion efforts and its effective operation of sister organisations. Party Chair Madhav Kumar Nepal will present a political report highlighting the existing party organisational status, the causes to endorse the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) compact and latest political developments in the country. Besides, the meeting is expected to discuss ways for continuing with the existing political alliance till upcoming elections. The politburo meeting on Monday finalised the agenda of the CWC meeting.
