गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Politics ∕ Ministers from CPN (UML) resign Politics Ministers from CPN (UML) resign KathmanduPati February 27, 2023 KATHMANDU – Ministers representing the CPN (UML) in the present government led by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ have tendered their resignation today. The Ministers including CPN (UML) Vice Chair and Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel tendered resignation to the Prime Minister at his official residence in Baluwatar. Ministers who joined the incumbent government from the CPN (UML) were Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Paudel, Minister for Agriculture and Livestock Development Jwala Kumari Sah, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Damodar Bhandari, Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation Rajendra Rai, Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr. Bimala Rai Paudyal, Minister for Health and Population Padam Giri, Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizen Bhagawati Chaudhary and Minister for Defence Hari Prasad Uptreti. Earlier, the party, through its secretariat meeting, today decided to quit the incumbent government.
