During the meeting took place at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar, the upper house Chair briefed the head-of-the-government of his recent visit to Russia at the invitation of Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Valentina Matvienko. On the occasion, discussions were held on endorsing the Bill relating to the Constitutional Council and proroguing the House session soon, according to the NA Chair’s Secretariat.
