PARSA – CPN (UML) Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has pointed out the need of a government of the CPN (UML) to materialize the national aspiration of ‘Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali’.
At a programme organised by CPN (UML) Parsa at Pokhariya on Tuesday, Chair Oli said a majority government of the UML was indispensable to guide the country in the path of prosperity.
On the occasion, he directed the party leaders and cadres to carryout activities honestly from their respective places to win a majority for the party in coming election. An awareness campaign like ‘Mechi-Mahakali Journey’ launched in Tarai-Madhes districts some years ago would be launched from Mahakali on November 30.
The UML Chairperson claimed that the CPN (UML)-led government had introduced different programmes and national pride —Madan Bhandari highway, upgrading of East-West highway, people’s housing programme and postal highway.
Chair Oli welcomed some leaders and cadres of Janata Samajbadi Party including former lawmaker Hari Narayan Rauniyar to the UML.
Similarly, UML Secretary and Madhes Province Chief Yogesh Bhattarai, Koshi Province Chief Raghubir Mahaseth shared that the CPN (UML) was active to take the country in the path of development.
