Addressing a gathering of party cadres in Chitwan on Monday, he also urged Prachanda to withdraw all allegations that he has made against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and seek an apology publicly. “Madhav Nepal and Prachanda have taken action against PM Oli. But, PM Oli has not taken action against any leader. Prachanda has been stripped of his role of executive chairman after he misused the authority. He is still chairman of the party. But, he will have to meet a condition. He has to withdraw all charges that he has made against the Prime Minister and seek an apology,” said Chief Minister Pokharel, a leader close to Oli. “Otherwise, it is not possible for him to contest election from Chitwan. It’s better for him to look for another constituency,” he added.
