Acting on a tip-off, the security forces stormed a hideout of the militants in Ghochko area on the outskirt of the provincial capital Jalalabad city late Sunday, killing seven IS fighters including a suicide bomber, the statement added. The troops, according to the statement, after killing the militants also discovered arms and ammunition including four suicide vests, three AK-47 rifles, explosive objects and several hand grenades. The IS outfit which is active in parts of Nangarhar province has yet to make comment.
