She resigned in accordance with Article 169 (1) (A) of the Constitution of Nepal. The Chief Minister tendered her resignation to the Province Chief Yadav Chandra Sharma today, the Province Chief’s Secretariat said. Before this, Chief Minister Shakya had announced in the meeting of the Province Assembly that she would be resigning from the post today itself.
