Weather to remain fair nationwide

KATHMANDU – Currently there is an influence of the westerly and local winds throughout the country and the weather is likely to remain partly cloudy in the hilly areas and partly cloudy to mainly fair in the rest of the country, the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology said.

The Department said that light rain is likely to occur at one or two places in the hilly regions of Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces this afternoon.

Similarly, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly region and fair in the rest of the country tonight. The Department stated that light rain is likely to occur at one or two places in the hilly regions of Gandaki and Sudurpaschim provinces.
