A standing committee meeting of the NCP held on Monday decided to designate Devendra Poudel as the new incharge of Gandaki and Yubaraj Gyawali as the incharge of Lumbini. As Pokharel and Gurung are in KP Oli-led NCP, Prachanda-led NCP decided to replace them with new incharges. The NCP in Province 1, Bagmati and Sudur Paschim are led by incharges close to Prachanda-Nepal-led camp.
