Three Covid-19 patients being treated at Bheri Hospital at Nepalgunj and two undergoing treatment at Teaching Hospital in Kohalpur have died due to coronavirus infection, confirmed Covid-19 crisis management centre, Banke. Focal person of the Centre Tej Oli shared that the deceased were 51-year-old male from Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan city-3, 66-year-old man from Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan city-1 and 47-year-old male from Badhaiyataal rural municipality-8 in Bardia district. Likewise, 48-year-old male from Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan city-5 and 60-year-old female from Baijanath Rural municipality-8 have lost their lives to deadly infection. With this the number of people, originally from Banke district, died due to Covid-19 has reach 133 while 122 people from other places availing treatment in Banke district succumbed to the infection, said Oli.
