The weather will be partly to generally cloudy in Gandaki province, generally cloudy in Madhes province, Bagmati province and Lumbini province and generally fair in the rest of the provinces, the Meteorological Forecasting Division said. It will be partly to generally cloudy in Province no 1, Madhes province and Bagmati province, partly cloudy in Gnadaki province and generally fair in the rest of the country in the afternoon. The same weather will prevail in the night, according to the Division. The Division had requested for precaution saying the foggy condition in some places of Tarai in the morning could cause general impact on the daily life of the people. The minimum temperature in Kathmandu was six degrees Celsius and the maximum 22 degrees Celsius in the last 24 hours.
