The surveillance of the area through CCTV cameras means to provide security in the touristic area, it has been said. Five CCTV cameras have been installed in the Suketar area with the investment of Phungling-6, said the ward chair Madan Gurung. the CCTV camera installation means to monitor the Suketar airport and the market area, he said adding that plan is afoot to add more CCTV cameras as per the need. Likewise, 30 dustbins have been placed in Suketar, said the ward office. The Suketar area mostly visited by domestic tourists is flooded by both domestic and foreign tourists during the tourist season.
