With this, the coornavirus death toll in Kavrepalanchowk has reached five. Member-secretary of the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Command Post and District Health Office Chief Dr Narendra Jha said that the 50-year-old woman passed away while undergoing treatment at the Hospital after 19 days. The intestinal cancer patient had been receiving chemotherapy at Medicity Hospital before being moved to Dhulikhel Hospital, Dr Jha added. As of now, two people from the Panauti municipality, one from the Panchkhal municipality and two from the Dhulikhel municipality have lost their lives to the deadly virus in the district.
