The deceased is a 33-year-old woman from the Shuklagandaki Municipality in Tanahu district and is currently living in Hetauda-5, Makawanpur. She died at 6:15 am today at the Bharatpur Hospital. Information officer at the Hospital Leeladhar Poudel said that the woman had been hospitalised on October 16 with complaints of cough and breathing difficulty. She tested positive for the virus on the same day. She was being treated at the Hospital’s COVID ICU with ventilator support after her health started to deteriorate.
