गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Nepal ∕ Three dead on the spot in Baitadi road accident Nepal Three dead on the spot in Baitadi road accident KathmanduPati December 07, 2020 File Photo BAITADI – Three persons died on the spot after a truck met with an accident last night at Bhartola in Malikarjun Rural Municipality-1 along the Gokuleshwor-Darchula road section in Baitadi district. Of the deceased, police confirmed the identity of truck driver Sher Singh Karki, 24, of Dogdakedar Rural Municipality-5. Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Padam Bahadur Bista shared that identity of two others is not ascertained. The accident happened at 10:15 last night when the truck (Na 3 Kha 3485) was heading to Dharchula district headquarters from Gokuleshwor. The truck fell some 120 meters off the road in Mahakali Highway, it is said. The reason behind the accident is yet to be confirmed. According to the police, all the dead bodies are kept in the district hospital for a postmortem.
