गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Nepal ∕ Two justices appointed to Supreme Court Nepal Two justices appointed to Supreme Court KathmanduPati April 19, 2021 KATHMANDU – President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Dr Kumar Chudal (Jhapa) and Nahakul Subedi (Myagdi) as the justices of the Supreme Court. The President appointed them the Supreme Court justices on the recommendation of the Judicial Council and in accordance with Article 129 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, spokesperson at the Office of the President, Rup Narayan Bhattarai said in a press note today. Chudal is the Chief Judge at the High Court, Patan and Subedi the Chief Judge at the High Court, Surkhet. The parliamentary hearing special committee had endorsed their names for appointment few days back.
