गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Nepal ∕ District hospital suspends all services after a case of coronavirus infection Nepal District hospital suspends all services after a case of coronavirus infection KathmanduPati April 20, 2021 SIRAHA – All the services except the emergency ones have been suspended in Siraha district hospital after a patient in the hospital tested positive for coronavirus. A woman patient who was receiving treatment at the hospital from Sunday tested positive for the virus. Hospital’s Medical Superintendent Dr Nagendra Prasad Yadav confirmed that only the emergency service is open after sealing the hospital off as some health workers and doctors are brought under contact tracing after the case. All wards of the hospitals have been sealed off except the emergency ward. Dr Yadav said that the hospital would resume its service after its wards are disinfected. At present, there are seven reported active cases in Siraha district, officials said.
