Prime Minister and party Chairman KP Sharma Oli and Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ have agreed to hold the secretariat meeting at 11 am on August 29 following a consultation, the Prime Minister’s press advisor Surya Thapa stated. According to Thapa, the meeting’s agenda will be focused on discussing the report that has been submitted by the task-force, which had been designated to recommend how to resolve the ongoing party disputes. The party‘s two chairmen held discussions at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar for two hours today. A six-member task force headed by General Secretary Bishnu Prasad Poudel had been formed on August 14 to sort out conflicts within the party. The task force submitted its report to the two chairmen on August 22.
