President Bhandari appointed Dr. Khadka to the post as per the Article 76 (9) of the Constitution at the recommendation of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba. Spokesperson at the Office of the President, Jagannath Panta told that the President would administer the oath of office and secrecy to newly appointed Minister Khadka this afternoon.
