UML deputy general secretary Pradeep Gyawali shred this information at an event organised here today by the party Department of Consumers’ Welfare Protection and Good Governance. They resorted to this move as prices of essentials have soared due to interferences by middlepersons, thanks to the regulator of the state becoming ‘weak’, said Gyawali. He stressed the need for controlling inflation making the issue of consumers a common agenda. On the occasion, the Department chief Yagya Raj Sunuwar has accused the government of failure to control inflation.
