गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Politics ∕ PM Deuba wins HoR seat from Dadeldhura Politics PM Deuba wins HoR seat from Dadeldhura KathmanduPati November 23, 2022 File Photo KATHMANDU – Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba emerged victorious in the election to the House of Representatives (HoR) from Dadeldhura district. This is the seventh straight victory of Deuba from his home district Dadeldhura. Deuba has been the MP from Dadeldhura since 2048 BS. Of the cast 51,203 votes, Deuba won by securing 25,534 votes, Chief Returning Officer Bal Krishna Wagle said. Deuba’s closest rival independent candidate Sagar Dhakal garnered 13,042 votes while NC (BP)’s Karna Bahadur Malla got 7,535 votes, the Office of the Chief Returning Officer said. Born at Ruwakhola of Asigram in Dadeldhura district in 2003 BS, Deuba joined politics since 2017 BS and served as the first elected chief of Nepal Student’s Union.
