The party has formed a three-member election committee under the leadership of NC Madhes Province Committee Vice-President Chandra Shekhar Yadav for the selection of the PP leader. Chief of NC Madhes Province Committee’s Publicity Department Nitesh Gupta said Brihaspati Krishna Shrestha and Bindu Kumari Yadav are the other members in the election committee. Gupta said that efforts would be made to select the PP leader unopposed and the election process would be taken only if consensus was not forged. NC Province Assembly members Krishna Kumar Yadav, Ram Saroj Yadav, Birendra Singh and Janardan Chhetri are aspiring for the post of PP leader.
