Addressing a colloquium organized by the CPN (Maoist Centre) Baglung Town Committee here today, he said the employment opportunities have been shrinking due to the increasing investment in the unproductive sectors. The former Finance Minister also stressed on preventing the brain drain of youths to foreign countries by creating ample job opportunities within home. He also spoke on the need of reform in the structure of the democratic system, of a change in the leadership and improvement in the party organization. The CPN (Maoist Centre) leader also on the occasion recalled that the Maoist has made a big contribution to bring epoch-making political change in the nation.
