The central committee meeting of the Prachanda-led NCP held at Babarmahal on Thursday decided to launch street protest against the government. As per the protest programs, all central committee members and parliamentarians of Prachanda-Nepal led camp will stage a demonstration in Maitighar on Friday morning. The central committee members and parliamentarians will then reach the Election Commission after holding the demonstration at Maitighar. The party led by Prachanda camp also plans to hold a press meet at 2 pm on Friday. Similarly, provincial committee meetings will be held on Saturday and district level gatherings in all 76 districts on Sunday, according to a central committee member of the NCP who attended the meeting.
