The session that was going to be held Monday was postponed indefinitely. Province 1’s Provincial Assembly Secretary Gopal Prasad Parajuli said the assembly session has been postponed in line with the instruction of Provincial Assembly Chairman Pradeep Kumar Bhandari. Earlier, the session that was scheduled to be held on March 3 was also postponed for Monday. The Provincial Assembly has been affected due to the split between CPN (UML) and CPN (Maoist Center). After a vote of no-confidence was registered against Chief Minister Sherdhan Rai, the provincial government has been deferring the Provincial Assembly session.
