The UML as opposition party would continue to take initiatives for the prosperity of the country and raise voices of people for their rights, he said at a function organised here today to exchange best wishes on the occasion of Dashain festival. The recently held party statute general convention has mandated the party itself with policies and plans to move in a new way at this ‘difficult’ situation, he said. On the alleged involvement of judiciary in the Cabinet expansion, the UML leader said, “You have witnessed what is happening. How and why this drama and anomalies have taken place. Let media unearth it.” In another context, he said that the UML would not forge any coalition with the incumbent government led by the Nepali Congress before the elections.
