President Bidya Devi Bhandari launched the programme amidst a ceremony here today. On the occasion, the Head-of-the-State also laid a foundation stone for the Rs 760 million- medical science building construction project here, according to KAHS Vice Chancellor Dr Mangal Rawal. The KAHS has also formally begun the classes for MBBS, B Pharma, BNS and BMS from today. Karnali Province Chief Tilak Pariyar, Minister for Health and Population Birodh Khatiwada, Minister of State for Health and Population, Bhawani Prasad Khapung, National Medical Education Commission vice chair Dr Shreee Krishna Giri, Dr Guna Raj Lohani and Dr Ramesh Dhakal were preset on the occasion.
