The meeting of the Judicial Council would conclude the appointment soon, he said while talking to media-persons at the Biratnagar airport. Stating that the Council requires some restructuring, he stressed the need for the implementation of the report submitted by the committee led by himself. The lottery system in the Supreme Court has made the business easier, he viewed. “The cases registered over two years ago in the district and high courts have been significantly settled through the two plus zero campaign.
