The online ticket booking facility can be accessed through the company’s website www.himalaya-airlines.com. Customers now have the option to make payments using various methods such as e-Sewa, a digital wallet, MasterCard, and Visa card. Additionally, the company has plans to expand payment options to include UnionPay and connect IPS in the near future. The newly launched e-booking service offers several features, including the ability to request refunds, select ticket prices, and manage bookings. The company’s Vice President, Bijay Shrestha said that ‘quality service’ is the top priority of the Company and the new facility is meant for enhancing its services.
