According to the Weather Forecasting Division, the weather of the country remains general cloudy with normal to complete cloudy in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces. Meteorologist Shanti Kandel said there has been light to moderate rain since last night in the hilly areas of Gandaki and Sudurpaschim provinces, while it is raining in one or two places in Koshi, Bagmati, Karnali and Lumbini. Later tonight, heavy rain is expected at one or two places in Lumbini and Sudurpaschim Province. There is a possibility of normal rain in Kathmandu this afternoon, added Kandel.
