A decision to this end was taken following a meeting at the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport between all the stakeholders, Director General of Department of Transport Management, Uddhav Prasad Rijal said. Although the transport entrepreneurs were of the stance to not open the advance bookings unless the transport fare was increased, an agreement was reached to do so at the existing fare.
