Bipin Joshi’s condition still unknown, search continues

KATHMANDU – The condition of Nepali student Bipin Joshi, who was one among those held hostage and taken towards Gaza following an assault by Hamas in Israel, is still not known.

The spokesperson of the Israel Defence Force informed that Joshi was among those held hostage by Hamas group after the attack on October 7 at Kibbutz-Alumim in southern Israel and taken towards Gaza, the Embassy of Nepal based in Tel Aviv, Israel, said.

The Embassy said in a press release that Joshi’s latest whereabouts are not ascertained, he is still out of contact and a search is on for him.
