गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Nepal ∕ Kapilvastu bus accident update: Ten deceased identified Nepal Kapilvastu bus accident update: Ten deceased identified KathmanduPati February 15, 2024 File Photo KAPILVASTU – The identity of the ten people who died in the road accident near Surahi Bridge of Shivraj Municipality-1 in Kapilvastu this morning has been made public. The deceased have been identified as Narayan Bahadur Bhandari of Rautahat, Arjun Kumar Yogi of Salyan, Sakil Muslim of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, Rahulram Kami, Umesh Bhandari, Sanju Thapa, Khageshwari Khati and Sudeep Bhatta of Bhimdatta Municipality, Kina Bhatt and Bimaladevi Bhatt of Punarwas Municipality. The accident took place when a passenger bus (Su-Pa-Pra-02-001 Ba 0098) operated by Sunaulo Mahakali Transport fell some 200 meters below from the road on its way to Kathmandu from Mahendranagar at around 1:00 am. According to Kapilvastu District Police Office, 10 people died on the spot in the accident. The identity of the deceased is not yet known. Likewise, 30 others were injured in the accident.
