UML Chair and its Parliamentary Party Leader KP Sharma Oli assigned the responsibility to them today. Padam Giri who was the Chief Whip before this was Monday inducted as a minister in the newly-constituted Council of Ministers. Now, Bartula succeeds him. Lawmakers Bartaula and Baral are both leaders established from student politics.
