Maniram Chaudhary,62, a resident of Nayabasti in Lamahi Municipality-7, who had gone missing in the floods in Rapti on Saturday was found dead. Lal Bahadur Shrestha, Chief of the Amiliya area police office, said that Chaudhary’s body was found about 500 meters from the place where he disappeared this morning. Similarly, 17-year-old Rajkumar Yadav, a resident of Bela in Rajpur rural municipality-2, went missing in the Rapti river on Saturday morning while returning home after selling milk. The body of Yadav has been found about 150 meters west of Hasnapur Ghat. On Saturday, Tularam Yadav,48, and Dayaram Yadav, 40, residents of Bela in Rajpur Rural Municipality-2 were safely rescued from Hasnapur Ghat by a team deployed from Armed Police Force Nepal.
