The Maoist Centre Chair took to the social media to extend best wishes to the newly-elected Sri Lankan President and to the alliance under his leadership as well as to his party, the JVP. “I salute the Sri Lankan people who elected a Marxist leader as the right solution to corruption, economic crisis and geo-political tensions.
