Holding a cabinet meeting on Sunday morning, the government decided to recommend the President to dissolve the parliament. The decision is likely to deepen the political crisis in the country, according to analysts. Prime Minister Oli left the cabinet meeting after making the decision to recommend the President to dissolve the parliament. However, other cabinet ministers are still in the meeting. The decision of the government comes in the wake of escalating tensions in the ruling Nepal Communist Party.
