The 59-year-old man was suffering from pneumonia. The man was from Ward No 21 of Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City, according to COVID-19 focal person at District Health Office, Naresh Shrestha. He passed away at Bheri Hospital. He had been admitted to the hospital on September 5 after witnessing respiratory problems. The man tested positive for coronavirus a day later. With this, the number of coronavirus-caused deaths has now reached 10 in Banke district.
