Ram Krishna Kami of Annapurna Rural Municipality-3 in Kaski district has been charged with murdering his 58-year-old father Jum Bahadur. On 21 February, Ram Krishna hit Jum Bahadur with a wooden block resulting in his death over a family dispute, according to the police investigations. A murder case has been filed and the Kaski district court has extended by 10 days the police custody of the suspect, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Subas Hamal, adding that further investigations are ongoing.
