गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Politics ∕ PM Deuba to visit disaster-hit areas Politics PM Deuba to visit disaster-hit areas KathmanduPati October 21, 2021 File Photo KATHMANDU – Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is scheduled to visit the landslide and flood-ravaged areas of Sudurpaschim on Thursday to take stock of the situation there. According to his secretariat, PM Deuba is set to visit disaster-affected Surkhet, Baitadi, Doti, Bajhang, Dadeldhura, Kanchanpur and Kailali districts. The PM-led visiting team comprises Finance Minister Janardan Sharma, Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Prem Bahadur Ale, Nepali Congress central members and former ministers NP Saud, Ramesh Lekhak and Bir Bahadur Balayar, among others. The PM-led team is scheduled to return Kathmandu on October 22 (Friday) after inspecting the disaster-hit areas. The incessant rain that occurred for the past couple of days adversely affected normal life in different parts of the country, including Sudurpaschim province districts.
