गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Politics ∕ Krishna Yadav elected NC Province 2 President Politics Krishna Yadav elected NC Province 2 President KathmanduPati December 24, 2021 KATHMANDU – Krishna Yadav has been elected the President of the Nepali Congress (NC) Province 2 Committee by defeating his contender Ram Saroj Yadav. In the vote counting completed this morning, Yadav was elected the Province Committee President by getting 996 votes against his contender Ram Saroj’s 855 votes, according to the election committee. Of the total 1,881 votes cast, 30 were declared invalid. President-elect Yadav is also the President of Nepali Congress Rautahat District Committee while Ram Saroj is the NC Parliamentary Party leader of Province 2 and the Minister for Physical Infrastructure of Province 2. Coordinator of Election Committee Prahlad Gautam said that the vote counting for all other posts is ongoing and the results of most of the posts would come by this evening. Election for 67 different posts was held from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on Thursday.
