His spouse, Radhika Shakya, who had accompanied him to the polling centre, also cast her vote. Talking to media in brief after casting his ballot, the former Prime Minister and leader of the main opposition party, Oli, said the voters have been voting in a peaceful and enthusiastic manner across the country, barring some sporadic incidents. “The UML, which is standing against the ruling alliance by itself in the election, will win more seats than the alliance,” the UML Chair said.
