Speaking in the special hour of today’s meeting of the House of Representatives, Baskota said it would be appropriate for the Deputy Speaker to resign from the post on moral grounds as questions regarding the issue of sending non-related people to US by her were raised in the parliament time and again. Reminding that he resigned from the post of Minister after question was raised upon him, lawmaker Baskota said a true politician should show such courage. He stressed, “Raising question and demanding accountability are not against democracy.
