गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Politics ∕ Two newly elected presidents of NA thematic committees take oath Politics Two newly elected presidents of NA thematic committees take oath KathmanduPati September 16, 2024 KATHMANDU- Newly elected presidents of two thematic committees under the National Assembly (NA) took the oath of office and secrecy before NA Chair Narayan Prasad Dahal today. They are Tulasa Kumari Dahal, the President of the Committee for Legislation Management, and Maya Prasad Sharma, the president of the Committee on Public Policy and Delegated Legislation. The swearing-in ceremony was held at the Singha Durbar. Dahal and Sharma were elected through an election held at the respective committees. Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Ajay Kumar Chaurasiya, National Assembly Vice-Chair Bimala Ghimire, and leaders of political parties representing the NA were present on the occasion.
