UML Central Office Secretary Dr Bhishma Adhikari said that Party Chair Oli, who is also the Prime Minister, handed over the responsibility of Party Acting Chair to Senior Vice Chair Pokharel. Party Chair and Prime Minister Oli left here today for the United States to participate in the 79th General Assembly of the United Nations.
