Stating that NC has provided a leadership and given an outlet to challenges facing the country and has been responsive and dialogue friendly to the government, the former Prime Minister in a statement accused the incumbent government of taking such activities of the party as weakness. NC would create pressure on the incumbent government from streets to parliament to address aspirations of the people for prosperity and ‘good governance’, he said, adding that the party would take a leadership in addressing problems and challenges created by ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. He referred to the Nepali people infected with the virus who were crying for treatment and economic impact caused by the infection. He also urged one and all to support and participate in the nationwide protest against the incumbent government to be launched by the party in all 77 districts from tomorrow (Monday) by following health protocol.
