गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Politics ∕ Agitating NCP announces third-phase protest programs against House dissolution Politics Agitating NCP announces third-phase protest programs against House dissolution Rallies, sit-ins, whistle rallies, torch rallies along with mass demonstration in Kathmandu will be held KathmanduPati January 25, 2021 KATHMANDU – Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and Madhav Kumar Nepal has unveiled its third-phase protest programs against the government’s decision to dissolve the House of Representatives. Organizing a press meet at party headquarters Paris Danda, the agitating NCP’s Struggle Committee announced that the party will launch third phase protest programs from Tuesday through February 13. Under the third-phase protest programs, it will organize whistle rallies on Tuesday, sit-ins at Maitighar Mandala from Wednesday and rally on Friday and pay tribute to martyrs. The party will organize a youth rally on February 4 and torch rallies across the country on February 6. The final program as part of the third-phase protest programs will be a mass demonstration again in Kathmandu on February 10, according to the NCP.
