Dahal who is in Nepalgunj in course of addressing the Maoist Centre’s Lumbini province-level internal training made an on-site inspection of the Nepalgunj ICP this morning. “An impressive structure has been built and we all have to work to make it effective”, he said, adding ut is the government’s policy to place ICP in all the border points of the country, he said that the ICP set up earlier might face some problems. It may be noted that the ICP was jointly inaugurated by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the then PM Dahal when the later was in official visit to New Delhi, India.
