The deceased has been identified as Raj Kumar Ram of NA Kasara Barracks, Nawalparasi. He, the resident of Majhailiya of Kalaiya submetropolis-16, suffered the fatal accident as he was on the way to Kalaiya from Birgunj on a motorcycle. He accidently got pierced by the iron rod loaded on a tractor at Sisahaniya of Kalaiya sub-metropolis-24 and died on the spot. Following the accident, police have arrested tractor driver Ramesh Tiwari, 32, of Tikuliya of Dewahi Gonahi municipality-5 in Rautahat district, Superintendent of Police Homindra Bogati said.
